National PAVE EV Scheme

Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) is the Federal Government's nationwide program promoting clean electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers. Eligible citizens receive upfront cash subsidies of Rs. 80,000 per electric bike and Rs. 290,000 per electric rickshaw.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Pakistani citizen holding valid NADRA CNIC from any province or territory.
• Monthly household income below Rs. 150,000 for the subsidized category.
• For standard electric scooters (up to 50 km/h), no commercial license required.
• Selection conducted transparently via nationwide computerized balloting.

• Verified residential utility bill (Electricity or Gas).
• Proof of enrollment / employment affidavit (if applying under student or delivery quota).
• Driving license or learner permit (for high-speed motorcycles).

Detailed Scheme Overview & Application Instructions

Under the National Electric Vehicle Policy (NEVP 2025-2030), the Federal Government launched PAVE to accelerate local manufacturing and consumer adoption of electric motorcycles, scooters, and 3-wheel commercial loaders. Through transparent computerized balloting via pave.gov.pk, thousands of subsidized electric vehicles are being handed over to delivery riders, students, and low-income families.

How to Submit Your Application Online:

  1. Visit the official government portal: https://pave.gov.pk/home.
  2. Create an account using your NADRA CNIC and verify via SMS OTP on your registered mobile number.
  3. Fill out the personal details, academic institution information, and guardian guarantor details.
  4. Upload scanned copies of CNIC, Student Card, and Driving License / Learner permit.
  5. Select your preferred EV bike brand and model from the approved manufacturer list.
  6. Review and submit your application before the official deadline: November 30, 2026.
